BETTING RULES
Betting Rules
Acceptance, settlement, and refund rules for sports (pre-match and in-play), minigames, prediction markets, and leverage betting. Please review these before placing a bet.
General rules
Acceptance, settlement, and refund rules that apply across all products — sports, minigames, prediction markets, and leverage betting.
- All bets are deducted from your wallet balance immediately on acceptance, and the odds (line) at the time of acceptance are locked to that bet. Later odds changes never affect an already-accepted bet's odds or line.
- Betting and settlement use the game currency configured for the site. The currency at the time of the bet is locked to that bet, so if the currency setting changes afterward, in-progress bets are still settled or refunded in their original currency.
- If an event, round, or market is cancelled, cannot be settled, or lacks the data needed to judge the outcome, the bet is voided and the full stake is refunded. In a combo (multi-leg) bet, if one leg is voided, that leg's odds are treated as 1.00 and the remaining legs are resettled.
- The odds shown on screen and the odds actually applied to your bet go through the same calculation. If the odds have dropped below what was shown by the time you submit, the bet is not placed immediately — you're shown the updated odds and asked to confirm before it's placed.
- Once an event or round is confirmed as finished, a later change in score or result never reverses an already-finalized settlement (only the recorded score may be corrected).
- Minimum/maximum stake per bet, maximum odds, and maximum payout limits are set per site and membership tier, and are shown on the betting screen.
Sports pre-match rules
Rules for sports bets placed before an event starts.
Acceptance & cut-off
- Pre-match bets are only accepted until the event starts. Markets temporarily suspended by the feed provider show their last odds locked and cannot be bet on.
- Combo bets across multiple events are allowed, and the combined odds are the product of each event's odds. Site-specific combination restrictions may apply, such as disallowing selections from the same event in one combo.
- Handicap and over/under markets are offered only with whole-number lines and .5 lines. Quarter lines (.25/.75) are not offered.
Settlement
- If the final total in an over/under market exactly equals a whole-number line, the bet is voided (refunded). The same applies to handicap bets where the margin exactly cancels out the line.
- If an event is cancelled or voided, all bets on that event are fully refunded.
- If an event is not played normally due to a walkover, forfeit, or retirement, all bets on that event are voided (refunded) regardless of the score reported by the provider. If a team forfeits or retires mid-event, only markets for periods already completed at that point (first half, sets, maps, etc.) settle normally, and the rest are refunded. In a combo bet, that leg's odds are treated as 1.00.
- Markets that require scoring data not provided by the feed (corners, cards, player stats, etc.) are refunded without judging, even if a result becomes available. Markets requiring the first-half score hold settlement until the first-half score is confirmed.
- An event is only confirmed as finished once the same final score has held steady for a period of time and is consistent with period-by-period records (halftime, innings, quarters, etc.); settlement begins only after that.
- Baseball is settled on the final result including extra innings. In leagues where a draw is possible, if a 2-way (home/away) market ends in a draw it is voided, while handicap, over/under, and odd/even markets settle normally. In 3-way (win/draw/loss) markets, a draw selection is settled as a win.
- Baseball "4.5 innings" markets (over/under, handicap) settle on the score at the end of the top of the 5th inning (away team's runs through innings 1–5, home team's runs through innings 1–4), excluding the home team's bottom of the 5th. If the top of the 5th is not completed, the market is refunded.
- For ice hockey, basketball, and American football, win/draw/loss (3-way), handicap results, double chance, correct score, odd/even, and team total markets without an "including overtime" label settle on regulation-time results. 2-way win/loss, handicap, and over/under markets include overtime (excluding hockey shootouts). If regulation-time period data isn't available, settlement is held.
- Volleyball team total and "games (points)" over/under, handicap, and odd/even markets settle on the combined points across sets; win/loss, set over/under, set handicap, and correct score settle on the number of sets.
- Esports only provides map win counts, so only win/loss, correct score, map over/under, and map handicap markets settle — kill- and round-level markets are not judged and are refunded.
Sports in-play (live) rules
Rules for in-play bets placed while an event is in progress. Sport-specific settlement standards follow international norms (bet365 conventions).
Acceptance & confirmation
- In-play bets are not confirmed the instant they're placed — they're accepted in a pending-confirmation state, and the stake is deducted at the time of acceptance. After a short delay, the system checks whether the selection is still valid (event still in progress, market still open, no sharp odds drop, and — for soccer and ice hockey — no score change).
- If the check passes, the bet is confirmed at the odds in effect when it was placed. If it doesn't pass, the system checks once more shortly after; if it still doesn't pass, the bet is cancelled and fully refunded.
- A significant drop in odds compared to the time of acceptance (beyond the site's threshold) is grounds for cancellation and refund.
- Only single (non-combo) bets are accepted for in-play betting.
- Markets that cannot be settled because settlement data is not provided (cards, player props, goal order, N-minute windows, extra-time-only markets, etc.) are not displayed and bets are not accepted.
- Quarter lines (.25/.75) on handicap markets are not offered in-play either. Handicap markets on those lines are not displayed and bets are not accepted.
Suspension, cancellation & correction
- If an event is abandoned, markets for periods already completed before the abandonment (e.g., first-half result, completed quarters) settle normally, while markets for the whole event or incomplete periods are fully refunded.
- Cancelled or postponed events are fully refunded.
- If an event is not played normally due to a walkover, forfeit, or retirement, full-event markets are refunded regardless of the reported score, and only markets for periods completed before the forfeit or retirement settle normally.
- If the final total in an over/under market exactly equals a whole-number line, the bet is voided (refunded).
- Once a result is confirmed as finished, a later change in score never reverses an already-finalized settlement.
Soccer
- Full-time markets settle on regulation 90 minutes plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts.
- First-half/second-half markets settle only on the result of that period.
- A 2-way (home/away) market that ends in a draw is voided.
- Corner markets are settled on the corner count from the match state feed; sequence markets (Nth corner, last corner, etc.) are settled only when the count and the sequence record agree, otherwise refunded. Corner 1x2 and corner handicap are settled on the per-team corner count.
- Handicap (Asian, European, 3-way), double chance, draw no bet, correct score, half-time/full-time, team goals and both-teams-to-score markets are settled on the score of the relevant period (full time or 1st/2nd half). Asian handicap quarter lines (.25/.75) and a tie after applying the handicap are refunded.
Basketball
- Full-event markets (win/loss, over/under, odd/even) settle including overtime.
- Quarter and half markets settle only on the score within that period.
- Spread (handicap), team total, result/total combos, half-time/full-time, double chance and winning-margin markets are settled on the points of the relevant period. A tie after applying the handicap and quarter lines are refunded.
Baseball
- Full-event markets settle including extra innings. If a league's rules allow the game to end in a draw, 2-way (home/away) markets are voided.
- Over/under and odd/even markets require 9 completed innings (8.5 if the home team is ahead) to settle; if that isn't reached (e.g., a called game), the market is refunded.
- Win/loss markets settle once the game meets the official-game threshold (5 innings, or 4.5 if the home team is ahead); if not reached, the market is refunded.
- "4.5 innings" markets (over/under, handicap) settle on the score at the end of the top of the 5th inning (away team's runs through innings 1–5, home team's runs through innings 1–4).
- First/last team to score is judged by inning order (top = away, bottom = home). If both teams score in extra innings and the order can't be determined from the data, operations staff review the game record to judge it, and the bet is shown as pending settlement in the meantime.
- Hit markets (total hits, hits per inning, most hits) are offered only for leagues that provide accurate hit records. Games without hit records or with inconsistent counts are not displayed or are refunded.
Ice hockey
- Win/loss markets settle on a 2-way basis including overtime and shootout results.
- Over/under markets settle on the "including overtime" market basis.
- 1x2, draw no bet, double chance, highest scoring period and team to win the most periods are settled on regulation time (sum of three periods), excluding overtime and shootout.
- Period markets (1x2, over/under, handicap, team total, both teams to score, double chance) are settled on the goals of that period only.
- Team total, winning margin and both-teams-2+ markets are settled on the final score including overtime and shootout. Overtime and game-end-stage markets are judged from the match state feed and refunded if it cannot be determined.
Volleyball
- Set markets (set winner, over/under, odd/even, handicap, correct points, extra points, winning margin) are settled on the points of that set once it is complete (25 points in sets 1-4, 15 in set 5, 2-point margin); incomplete sets are refunded.
- Match winner is settled on the final set score; total points, team points and point handicap on the sum of completed sets; set handicap, set betting and score-after-set markets on sets won.
Minigame rules
Rules for round-based minigames such as Powerball, Power Ladder, and Crypto Up/Down.
General
- Each game automatically opens a new round on a fixed cycle. Betting closes a short time before the scheduled result announcement.
- The odds at the moment you bet are locked to that bet — later odds adjustments never affect a bet already placed.
- Bets on a round that is voided are fully refunded.
Powerball · Power Ladder
- Results are taken from the official live draw feed as they're received.
- If a round's result isn't received within a set time window, it is not auto-refunded — it's left pending while an operator verifies the result and either settles it or voids it (full refund).
Crypto Up/Down
- Results are judged solely on the exchange (Binance) candle's open and close price. The live price shown on screen is for reference only — the official result always follows the exchange candle.
- Bets are only accepted before the relevant candle begins.
- If the open and close prices are exactly equal, that round is voided and fully refunded.
- If the result can't be retrieved within a set time window, that round is automatically voided and fully refunded.
Prediction market rules
Rules for prediction bets where the house sets odds based on prices referenced from an external prediction market.
- Markets settle only once trading has ended and the external outcome verification has resolved the result. Settlement is held while a result is proposed or disputed.
- Betting closes before the market's nominal close time (closing early by an amount the site determines).
- Markets whose resolution is excessively delayed, or that an operator voids, are fully refunded. However, if the result turns out to already be resolved when checked again right before the refund is processed, it settles normally instead.
- Markets whose outcome is effectively already decided (probability skewed to an extreme) are excluded from display and betting.
Leverage betting rules
Rules for products that bet on cryptocurrency price direction with leverage. These are bets against the house, not real exchange orders.
- You choose an asset (BTC/ETH/SOL), direction (LONG/SHORT), stake, leverage (50x/100x/500x/1000x), and an optional take-profit multiple (2x/4x/5x) to place a bet.
- The full stake is deducted immediately and is your maximum possible loss. A fee is deducted from the stake up front, and the remainder becomes the capital base for the profit/loss calculation.
- If your loss reaches the capital base (bust), the position closes automatically and the stake is forfeited.
- If a take-profit multiple is set, the position automatically cashes out once the payout reaches stake × take-profit multiple. Regardless of the take-profit multiple, the position is force-cashed-out once the payout reaches stake × 5 (maximum payout cap).
- You can only cash out a position manually after a minimum holding period has passed since opening it. This limit does not apply to bust, take-profit, expiry, or operator closure.
- A position automatically closes 24 hours after opening. You can have only one open position per asset at a time.
- Prices are based on Binance USDT-M perpetual futures quotes — there is no order book, execution, or funding rate.
- These rules may change with prior notice according to operating policy; changed rules apply only to bets placed after the update is published.
- Anything not explicitly covered here follows international standard betting rules (bet365 conventions), and the operations team's judgment governs any disputed interpretation.
- If you have a dispute about a settlement result, please contact support with your bet number.
