Responsible Gaming

Play for fun, stay in control

Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money or escape problems. Here is how to keep it that way.

Our principles

Responsible gaming starts with a few simple habits.

  1. Only bet what you can afford to lose

Treat every bet as the price of entertainment. Never use money needed for rent, bills, food or savings.

  2. Set limits before you play

Decide how much money and time you will spend in advance, and stick to it. Use the deposit, loss and bet limits in your account.

  3. Never chase your losses

Trying to win back lost money usually leads to bigger losses. If a session goes badly, stop and take a break.

  4. Keep gambling balanced

Gambling should not get in the way of family, friends, work or study. Avoid playing when you are upset, stressed or under the influence of alcohol.

  5. Adults only

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to play. Never let anyone under age use your account.

Player protection tools

Signed-in players can manage these tools at any time from My page.

  • Deposit, loss and bet-amount limits (daily, weekly or monthly). Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising or removing one takes effect after a waiting period.
  • Cool-off: pause betting, deposits and casino play for a short period.
  • Self-exclusion: block betting, deposits and casino play for 6 months, 1 year or permanently. You can still log in, view your history and withdraw your balance.
